Your Satisfaction is our #1 Goal
Returns: Customers have up to 48 hours upon delivery to notify Jones Creek Apparel of any issues with the product. If the Customer fails to do so, Jones Creek Apparel will not be responsible for the return.
Refunds: Upon notification of any issues, Jones Creek Apparel and Customer will come to an agreement on a refund or a reprint. All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Cancellations: Customers have the right to cancel an order up until it goes into pre-production. If garments have been ordered or stocked or an order is over thirty days due with no contact, the customer will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%.
Terms of Use: By using this website, you agree that Jones Creek Apparel and any included designs, clipart, any other content are provided for the sole purpose of creating designs to be printed or embroidered by Jones Creek Apparel on garments sold by Jones Creek Apparel. Any other use is strictly prohibited without prior expressed written permission from Jones Creek Apparel.
